The IRS determines medical, dental and vision expenses that are eligible with an HSA as listed in IRS Publication 502.

Remember, the easiest way to pay for eligible expenses is with your MyChoice Accounts debit card. If you’ve paid out-of-pocket, you won’t need to send in documentation for your expenses for your HSA; however, it is a good idea to make a note about the expense on your fund transfer request.
