Before we toast to what’s next, we’re putting a bow on a year of partnership, progress, and real-world impact. Here are a few highlights we’re proud of.

18 million doesn’t just represent our users, it’s also the scale of outcomes, support, and insights we help our clients achieve 24/7/365. This year, 84% of employees rated their enrollment experience as “great” or “excellent,” and 79% were confident in their elections—clear signs that the right experience can deliver clarity even when benefits are still confusing.  

And because success doesn’t stop on the last day of enrollment, our data also shows how clients drive year-round engagement: 36% of employees log in 4+ times after enrollment on average—engagement that’s driven by experiences and support tailored to each user.
