Family Coverage: $6,450ย โ up from $6,250 in 2012
Catch-up Contribution: $1,000ย โ unchanged from 2012
HSA contributions can only be made by individuals enrolled in a high deductible health plan.

Self Only Coverage: $1,250ย โ up from $1,200 in 2012
Family Coverage: $2,500ย โ up from $2,400 in 2012
Maximum Annual Out-of-Pocket Expenses
Self-Only Coverage: $6,250ย โ up from $6,050 in 2012
Family Coverage: $12,500ย โ up from $12,100 in 2012
