Connected digital health tool and mental health toolkit honored as best-in-class resources
WEST DES MOINES, IOWA (December 14, 2021)—Businessolver®, a leader in SaaS-based benefits technology and services, received three honors in the semi-annual Digital Health Awards (DHA), announced Nov. 19. Among more than 500 entries received, Businessolver’s MyChoice® Find a Provider tool, Mental Health Toolkit, and white paper, “Declining Mental Health Requires Employer Empathy,” were awarded silver, bronze, and merit honors, respectively.
MyChoice Find a Provider won silver recognition in the Connected Digital Health: Consumer Directed Digital Health Programs category. The tool, fully integrated within Businessolver’s technology platform Benefitsolver®, connects users to high-quality, in-network medical providers, plus allows them to book appointments and calculate care costs—all without leaving the platform.

Finally, a white paper focused on mental health from Businessolver’s 2021 State of Workplace Empathy study received a DHA merit recognition. “Declining Mental Health Requires Employer Empathy” highlights survey data collected from employees, HR leaders, and CEOs related to mental health benefits and overall organizational culture. It also provides five steps for supporting mental health in the workplace.
